Consultation – We’ll schedule an initial conversation to discuss size, subject, composition, and reference materials.

Quote & Deposit – You’ll receive a detailed quote. A 50% deposit reserves your spot.

In-Person Sitting (For Portraits) – I offer an in-person sitting session for all portrait commissions in the Pensacola area to capture accurate lighting and gesture reference photos.

Creation – I’ll work on your painting, keeping you updated as it progresses.

Delivery – Once approved and the final payment is made, I’ll arrange shipping or delivery.
